Registered Nurse Telemetry

Role Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a Cardiac Neuro Telemetry unit. Collaborates with medical providers and care teams to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, administer medications, and respond promptly to patient needs. Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of medical conditions and treatments. Qualifications Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days, Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days, and NIH Stroke Scale within 6 months. Requires a valid RN license and an Associate Degree. Key Duties Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes. Perform procedures, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly. Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse responses. Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs. Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
