Sr. Relationship Manager - Global Commercial Banking - Transformative Healthcare (Dallas)

Overview Bank of America’s Transformative Healthcare segment is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and the broader Texas region. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of For Profit Healthcare clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, helping companies operate, borrow, and invest for current and future needs. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable relationships through prospecting and sales activities. Interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess company financial conditions and industry trends. Collaborate with teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and Product Specialists to design and deliver financial solutions. Lead discussions with clients on healthcare industry issues, alternative capital structures, and general business matters. Coach, mentor peers, and demonstrate leadership skills. Adapt to changing sales practices and market conditions. Qualifications Required: 10+ years in Commercial or Investment Banking, managing a portfolio of clients with revenues >$50million; proven prospecting and closing track record; strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting knowledge; financial modeling experience; completion of credit training; excellent communication; leadership ability; skills in client management, advisory, prospecting, risk management, financial analysis, and project management. SIE, Series7 &63 licenses required within 180 days of start. Desired Skills Undergraduate degree in related field; MBA desirable. Existing market knowledge and networking contacts.
