Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts
• Perform bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and financial support
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Communicate financial results and accounting insights to clients and internal stakeholders
• Assist clients with accounting questions and day-to-day financial needs
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencies
• Support payroll-related accounting activities as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Experience managing multiple clients, entities, or business units is highly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance technical accounting responsibilities with client service
• Payroll experience or exposure to payroll platforms is a plus
