Current or previous leadership experience in retail, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, or store operations is preferred. Experience leading teams, managing stock levels, and driving sales results is a plus. Our General Merchandise Dept Supervisor plans, directs, and supervises team members in the day-to-day operations within the General Merchandise departments of the store. Serves as a mentor and coach for all team members. Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, ensure customer needs are met, and maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor.
