In this dynamic role, you'll manage the entire device lifecycle, ensuring top-notch service and support for our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work on-site with clients, providing hands-on hardware and network troubleshooting, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impact.As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for device onboarding, client shipping, and on-site visits when remote solutions aren't feasible. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving support tickets efficiently and contributing to our internal knowledge base for continual improvement.
