Texas Health Resources is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist in Plano to evaluate patients and provide individualized rehabilitation treatment in an outpatient setting. About Texas Health Resources Texas Health Resources is a nonprofit healthcare system operating hospitals, outpatient facilities and community healthcare services across North Texas. What you'll do Perform patient assessments. Establish individualized treatment plans. Review medical histories. Verify therapy orders. Evaluate functional limitations. Provide therapeutic interventions. Monitor patient progress. Document treatment activities. Educate patients and families. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals. What we're looking for Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent qualification. Current Texas Physical Therapist license. Knowledge of physical therapy assessment. Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques. Strong clinical judgment. Strong documentation skills. Excellent patient communication. Ability to work independently. Benefits Hourly pay based on experience.
