Business Requirements Analyst

Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support Sales business applications, including Salesforce.com and SAP ECC . This role partners with business and technology teams to gather requirements, drive system enhancements, coordinate testing, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.

Job Title: Business requirements Analyst with SAP ECC

Location: Columbus, OH- Hybrid

Pay Range: $50/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and updates to sales-related applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions and manage project expectations.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate system changes and ensure quality outcomes.

• Facilitate meetings with management and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and improve system integrations.

What’s Needed?

• 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile project environments.

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and other project delivery frameworks.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP ECC, or SAP CRM is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
