Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a growing specialty pharmacy seeking a motivated pharmacist who is eager to learn and build a long-term career. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer graduate or pharmacist looking for mentorship and career growth.

Position Details

Contract-to-Hire
Specialty Pharmacy
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Low prescription volume
CareTend software (training available)

Responsibilities

Manage specialty therapies including hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and infusion medications.
Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, adherence, and side effect management.
Collaborate with providers, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient care.
Assist with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and patient access to therapy.

Requirements

Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
Arkansas license highly preferred
CareTend experience is a strong plus
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
