General Manager

NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive operational, financial, and guest experience success.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience managing restaurant operations, labor, food costs, and budgets

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the location’s profit and loss
• Manage food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses while driving sales growth
• Hire, train, and develop Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers, and Supervisors
• Maintain a strong management team and develop internal talent
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience through floor presence, table visits, and real-time coaching
• Create weekly labor schedules based on forecasted business volume and staffing needs
• Conduct weekly and monthly food and beverage inventories and identify waste or shrinkage
• Maintain compliance with health codes, food safety regulations, liquor license requirements, and employment laws
• Respond to guest feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with marketing and operations leadership on promotions, menu rollouts, and local store marketing
• Lead team meetings and conduct individual coaching and performance conversations
• Manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and maintain purchasing within budget
