Full-Time Service Technician

Position Overview Hospital Services Technician – $18/hr – Day Shift, no weekends. This role operates under management direction, traveling between customer healthcare facilities to provide on‑site proactive collection and exchange of Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. The employee maintains a rigid collection and service schedule and interacts professionally with onsite staff. Two years of industry‑related customer service experience preferred, and a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) is required. Strong communication skills and a tactful approach to customer service are essential, along with compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements at customer locations. Responsibilities Travel between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor and perform services, including Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance, and Document Management. Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule. Ensure compliance with mandatory immunization requirements at customer sites. Operate within safe workplace environments such as garages, shops, or gas plant conditions. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of industry‑related customer service experience preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong communication skills and customer service in high‑risk occupational settings. High School Diploma or GED (accredited). Must be able to perform job tasks and comply with vaccination policies. Strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service.
