Paralegal / Clio Template Specialist

A Lexington Real Estate law firm seeks a paralegal to provide support to the real estate closing department AND law firm Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience with SC Real Estate Closing processing
- Commercial Real Estate is a HUGE plus
- Train other paralegals and staff on software
- Maintain an organized and structured day to day of responsibilities
- EXCELLENT with Clio, Soft Pro, Outlook and Title Insurance
- Ability to develop and execute creative and innovative case software tools using said software for daily and reporting use.
- Excellence in ALL Microsoft Office programs
- Project management with software templates, document creation and uploads
- Outstanding communication skills in person and via email
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and assist in the overall production of all the departments
