Roles: An owner's representative firm for mission critical facilities are looking to expand their Commissioning team and their Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) management team in the US.

Who are they looking fo r: Chiefs, Senior Chiefs and Master Chiefs – MM, MMN, EM, EMN, GSM, EN. LCPOs, Technical Assistants, Propulsion Plant and Engineering Watch Supervisors, QA Inspectors, Nuclear Planners, and operators of cooling and power equipment are exactly who this firm hires.

Required: Your Navy career. No civilian commissioning or Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) experience needed. Many of the firm's VPs are veterans who made this same move.

TWO WAYS IN

Quality Assurance & Quality Control – if you were the one checking the work

Inspect installation quality against plans and specifications
Audit contractor quality programs and track nonconformances to closure
Review submittals and maintain quality records

Think: Controlled work packages, OQE and NCR adjudication, applied to the build.

Commissioning Engineer – if you were the one running the plant

Witness start-up and testing of chillers, generators, UPS and switchgear
Execute test procedures and integrated failure scenarios
Sign off systems before the facility goes live

Think: System turnover inspections and casualty drills, applied to the build.
