About the Role

Head & Guild Parts, Inc. supplies ground engaging tools and hardware for heavy equipment, including bucket teeth, cutting edges, blades, nuts, bolts, washers, and specialized parts for excavators, skid steers, tractors, loaders, and dozers. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated sales professional to build new customer accounts and grow existing relationships. Full product and CRM training is provided, and a company truck is supplied for customer visits.

What You Will Do

- Find new customers through calls, email, networking, referrals, and in-person visits

- Meet with customers to understand their equipment and parts needs

- Quote pricing, handle questions and objections, and close orders with purchase order numbers

- Track customer activity in our CRM and provide follow-up support after the sale

- Check warehouse stock and parts availability

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

What You Need

- Prior sales experience

- 18 years of age or older

- Valid driver license and clean driving record (insurance approval required)

- Strong communication and listening skills

- Comfortable approaching and building rapport with new customers

- Basic computer skills

Nice to Have

- Experience selling heavy equipment parts, construction supplies, or industrial products

- Familiarity with construction or earthmoving equipment

- CRM experience

Schedule

[Monday through Friday], 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Sales Territory

[AREA THE REP WILL COVER]

Pay and Benefits

- $50,000 per year base salary

- 2% commission on sales, beginning after product training

- Commission rate reviewed based on performance and new account growth

- Dental and vision insurance, Aflac

- 8 days sick leave and 5 days bereavement leave

- 10 days paid vacation after one year

Company Vehicle

A company truck (Toyota Tacoma) is provided for business use during work hours.
