CMMS Administrator

CMMS Administrator ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator for a position located in Springfield, Virginia. This role involves working in secure environments in support of mission-critical operations. Duties and Responsibilities This position will be required to input data and maintain the system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities in support of: Assets and equipment inventory management; Facility maintenance and repairs; Service call/work order management; Automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement; Facility performance management; Equipment performance management; and Equipment maintenance/repair histories. Candidate will also serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical issues to support software and equipment. Required Qualifications and Experience Candidates must be US Citizens; Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment; Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with systems integrated with the Building Automation System, MS Office, and other systems; Demonstrated experience with CMMS platforms - experience with WebTMA or similar is a big plus; Excellent communication skills; and High level of professionalism for client interaction.
