Strategic Sales Director

As a full-time remote Strategic Sales Director, the successful candidate will manage competitive intelligence, track market signals, and build narratives that drive sales strategy and outcomes. Key responsibilities Own and maintain competitive intelligence profiles on competitors, pricing structures, and retention tactics Monitor market and regulatory signals to identify opportunities for sales displacement Develop competitive narratives and enablement tools to support sales efforts and improve messaging Required qualifications Five or more years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or sales strategy, preferably in mailing, shipping, or logistics Proven ability to build competitive intelligence infrastructure and monitoring systems Strong understanding of buyer psychology and decision drivers Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and competitive intelligence platforms Advanced education such as an MBA or a related degree in business, marketing, or strategy
