Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, tag, and process incoming materials accurately

• Verify quantities, part numbers, certifications, and shipping documentation

• Move, stage, kit, and deliver materials to warehouse and production areas

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

• Package and prepare products for shipment according to customer requirements

• Respond to shipment tracking requests and freight inquiries

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP transactions

• Support efficient warehouse operations while meeting quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous material handling experience

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Experience working with inventory systems or ERP software preferred

• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Dependable work ethic and commitment to safety

This is a Permanent position based out of Cheektowaga, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.38/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
