Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care on a contract basis. The role involves implementing treatment plans and supporting patient recovery through evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

  Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.

  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

  Document patient assessments, treatment activities, and outcomes accurately.

  Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

  Maintain compliance with facility policies, including identification and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.

  Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.

  Excellent clinical evaluation and intervention skills.

  Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.

  Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and documentation standards.

  Ability to commit to 13-week contract with reliability and professionalism.
