Patient Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a Patient Service Representative, sometimes referred to as aHospitalAdmission Representative.The Patient Service Representative collects and verifies patient demographic and insurance information while ensuring eligibility, benefits, and authorizations are accurately obtained.The Patient Service Representative collaborates closely with the Admitting team and communicates effectively with patients across all age groups. Previous experience in a medical setting, preferred.2. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.3. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.4. Customer Service experience preferred.
