Transcription Specialist Vietnamese

You will review audio files, transcribe spoken content accurately, and refine transcripts to ensure high-quality data that supports the development of advanced language models. These transcripts will help improve AI-powered speech recognition systems. Your responsibilities may include: Transcribing audio recordings into text with high accuracy Capturing speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words (e.g., “uh,” “um”), repetitions, and incomplete sentences Adding timestamps to match the audio Identifying and labeling different speakers in conversations Marking non-speech events such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio Attention to detail and strong listening skills are important to ensure high-quality transcription output. What We’re Looking For To qualify for this project, the following requirements must be met: Excellent knowledge of and familiarity with spelling conventions in Vietnamese language. Can be located anywhere, but must be fluent in Vietnam dialect. Good reading comprehension skills in English. Stable internet connection. Strong attention to detail. Ability to review examples and apply rules to the provided data. Prior experience with transcription. Prior experience with audio data. Access to a PC/laptop or an iPad. Payments You will be paid at the published rate per audio hour. Tasks are presented in units of varying audio lengths, and you may complete as many units as you wish. All submitted work must meet the required quality standards. Failure to meet quality requirements may result in task rejection. This is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor.
