Overview Location: Sherman, TX.Offer: Association Dentist with a focus on providing high‑quality dental care to underserved families. The practice serves a large pediatric and adult patient population, supported by a dedicated clinical team. Responsibilities Associate Dentists are responsible for providing comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of their team. Key duties include: Performing routine and advanced dental procedures for children and adults. Planning and coordinating patient care with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff. Participating in morning huddles, running team meetings, and showcasing patient‑centered outreach activities. Using DentaPro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces, and other modern dental equipment. Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Managing an average caseload of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily.
