What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and water lines Perform drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics Troubleshoot leaks and plumbing emergencies Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers Complete digital invoices, photos, and job notes using our mobile software Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Qualifications Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and professionalism Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in Florida's outdoor conditions Experience with drain cleaning equipment and sewer cameras is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Paid holidays Company vehicle Company uniforms Paid training and opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) Why Work With Us?
