Family Medicine Physician – Rural Critical Access Hospital
\n \nA 23-bed rural critical access hospital in Broken Bow, NE is expanding its primary care team. This community-focused organization is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established group.
\n \nPosition Highlights
\n- \n
- Team: Join a collaborative group of 6 physicians and 2 APPs \n
- Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) \n
- Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. \n
- Workflow: Morning hospital rounds followed by clinic \n
- Patient Volume: 16–20 patients per day \n
- Services: Office-based procedures \n
- Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric, with opportunity to grow pediatrics \n
- Call: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; must stay within 30 minutes of the hospital \n
Candidate Requirements

- Board-certified Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine candidates welcome \n
- Board-eligible candidates considered \n
- Ideal candidate is community-oriented and committed to putting down long-term roots \n
Compensation & Benefits

- Earning potential: $500,000 \n
- Sign-on bonus: $80,000 \n
- Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 \n
- Student loan repayment: Available \n

- CME: 4 days and $4,000 allowance \n
- PTO: 28 days annually \n
- Retirement: 403(b) with 5.5% employer match \n
