Responsibilities Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion. Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives. Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements. Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. Contribution to the Team Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication. Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skills and Experience Experience in multiple projects implementation with Adaptive Insights finance planning (Workday Cloud Platform). Candidate should be techno‑functional or functional resource. Must have a Finance functional background with experience in accounting and reporting. Knowledge of Adaptive tool components (attributes, dimensions, etc.). Must be able to provide enhancements/ process improvements on Adaptive Insights. Must be able to analyze financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non‑spreadsheet‑based models). Preferred Skills and Experience Leverage prior EPM, CPM, and/or ERP implementation and integrations experience to better advise client on multi‑application solutions and technology landscape. Solve technical problems in network connectivity, Windows account security, ETL, SQL programming, database access, web service calls, APIs, and programming logic. Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products. Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of an additional year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
