Training & LMS Analyst II Hybrid HR & Onboarding
American Water Works Association
Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking an intermediate Human Resources Analyst II to support district-wide training initiatives, manage our e-learning curriculum, and steer employee engagement through service awards.
In this role you will coordinate onboarding, oversee LMS reporting, and serve as project manager for monthly recognition events, with a hybrid schedule two days in person and the rest remote at our Los Angeles headquarters.
