Job Family: Property & Facilities Management

Hours: M-F 8-5

May have to be available after hours

Pay Rate: $40/hour (W2) without benefits

Location: Midland, TX 79703

Assignment Duration:3-4 Months/Possible for extension

3 engineers/mobile technicians

Facility Coordinator

Receptionist

Resource's typical working day:

Facility operations for sites for the clients

290 miles round trip to furthest site- occasional Will they be reimbursed? Yes HSE, fire and light safety Complete oversight over all facility operations Vendor contract management

Must Have Skills:

Leadership qualities

Some Facility Management background

Skills related to standard MEP some knowledge with Fire Safety Some experience managing direct reports

Years of Experience:

3-5 years of experience

Education

Right experience is more important

Software skills:

Basic computer skills
