We are seeking a per diem physical therapist to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.

Our facility offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team led by an experienced director of rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist physical therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the physical therapist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

Physical therapist job summary

-Physical therapist conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for PT evaluation and/or PT intervention.

-Physical therapist evaluates residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data utilized in developing the PT plan of care.

-Physical therapist provides PT treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care.

-Physical therapist provides supervision of PTA’s.

-Physical therapist actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, interdisciplinary team, and facility success.

Physical therapist job qualifications

-Minimum of bachelor of science in physical therapy from an accredited program

-A current Florida physical therapist license

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Must be computer/tech savvy.
