EARN A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Join us by 11/21 and you're eligible to earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus — on top of $23/hr, paid every week. We'll walk you through the details in your interview.

Already working hard? Get paid more for it.

If you're picking orders in a warehouse, working the line in a kitchen, stocking shelves, landscaping, cleaning hotel rooms, or driving for DoorDash or Uber Eats, you already know how to work hard. At New Day Logistics, that same hustle pays $23/hr, every week, with 3 days off.

What you get

• $23/hr starting pay, paid weekly
• True 4-day work week: Front Half (Sun–Wed) or Back Half (Wed–Sat)
• Raise at 90 days, plus annual reviews
• Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match
• Up to 120 hours PTO per year
• $125 in shoes every year
• Help paying for school
• Company van, fuel, uniform, and handheld — no CDL needed
• Paid training, no delivery experience needed

Where you can go

• Driver → Trainer → Mentor → Lead Driver → Operations Manager
• Want your CDL ? Top performers can earn a shot at our sister company's straight-truck routes — longer road trips and a path to a full CDL.
• Or go all the way: own your own delivery company . The road starts here.

Looking for the ninth.

Eight drivers I've mentored now own their own delivery companies. There is a real program for it, I mentor drivers through it, and step one is driving a route well. Ask any other DSP in Reno for their number.
— Jayson Watson, Owner, New Day Logistics

Coming from another job? Here's what changes.

• Warehouse (picker, packer, stower, forklift): you already hit rates. Now you do it on the road, not on a concrete floor.
• Restaurant or kitchen (line cook, dishwasher, server): you handle a rush every shift. A route is a rush you control.
• Retail or grocery (stocker, cashier): still on your feet, now with a set schedule and 3 days off.
• Landscaping or construction: steady year-round work, no slow season.
• Hotel or casino (housekeeping, porter, steward): predictable days off and weekly pay.
• Gig delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart): Tired of burning your own gas on deliveries? Run your route in our van, on our fuel, for $23/hr, paid every week.

The work

Deliver packages in a company van across Reno, Sparks, and Carson City. Shifts are typically 8–10 hours, starting around 10:00 a.m.

What you need

• 21 or older
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and move in and out of the van all day
• Pass a drug screen and background check (THC treated like alcohol — keep it off the clock)

Apply today. We review applications the same day and hire immediately.
