If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now Hiring a Behavioral Health Tech Supervisor for our newest inpatient detox and residential treatment facility, in North Chesterfield, VA!Hours: 8:30am-4:30pmWhat You'll Do:• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, foodservice, medications etc.)• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking For:• High School diploma or GED preferred• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principlesWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where each person is valued and greatness is pursued.
