What You'll Do You will create meaningful patient experiences aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional outcomes through evidence-based practice. Key Responsibilities Perform or follow initial evaluations in accordance with APTA standards Develop or implement individualized, comprehensive plans of care Establish, follow and monitor short- and long-term patient goals Deliver hands-on, one-on-one therapy to optimize patient recovery and function Track progress and communicate updates with referring providers and care teams Design and document home exercise programs to support ongoing improvement Ensure compliance with insurance and reimbursement guidelines Manage patient discharge planning effectively Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and professional development Communicate professionally with patients, providers, insurers, and other stakeholders Areas of Practice Orthopedics Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine What We're Looking For A patient-focused clinician committed to excellent care Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Dedication to evidence-based practice and continuous learning Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
