Legal Operations Manager

Supporting the legal team in a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, the full-time Legal Operations Manager will streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and manage the company's intellectual property portfolio while providing legal support through drafting agreements and managing litigation matters. Key responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while providing legal guidance and compliance support across business activities Drive continuous improvement in legal operations by optimizing workflows, tools, and legal technology Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and IP filings, while coordinating with outside counsel Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Foundational knowledge of intellectual property law through coursework or practical experience Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Exposure to legal operations, legal technology tools, or process improvement initiatives is preferred Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, including legal technology platforms and Microsoft Office suite
