Job Title: Urology Physician

Hourly Pay Rate: $2,730.00


Duration: 6 months


Shift Details: 24-hour call shifts starting at 7:00 AM on the scheduled day and ending at 7:00 AM the following day. Specific dates include:

• 7:00 AM 6/29 - 7:00 AM 6/30
• 7:00 AM 7/22 - 7:00 AM 7/24
• 7:00 AM 9/16 - 7:00 AM 9/18
• 7:00 AM 11/18 - 7:00 AM 11/19
• 7:00 AM 12/2 - 7:00 AM 12/3

Work Details: Support staff including nursing, anesthesia, and Emergency Room. Coverage required on specific dates as outlined. Providers willing to cover single days can add additional dates at the front or back end. Patient volume varies; the facility is a busy hub for outpatient sites in Clearfield, Elk, and Brookville. Patient population primarily adults.


Department: Urology - inpatient and outpatient services.


Electronic Medical Records: Cerner (inpatient), GE Centricity (outpatient).


Hospital Bed Size: 280 beds.


Procedures & Skills: Support cystoscopy, stent placement, kidney stone treatments (including laser lithotripsy), testicular torsion (rare), UTIs, Foley catheter placements, and rounding in inpatient settings.


Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Urology (Required)
• State License in Pennsylvania (Required)
• DEA License (Yes)
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS (Required)
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year (preferred 2 years)
• Credentialing: Emergency privileges can be obtained within 1-2 weeks upon quick submission of documents.

Holiday Compensation: 1.5x normal rate on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (00:00 - 23:59).
