Lifeguard PositionFor more than 143 years, the YMCA has been keeping our communities safe around the water—and we're looking for the next great Lifeguard to join our team.Whether you're scanning the pool, teaching confidence through your presence, or responding when it matters most, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for every swimmer who walks through our doors.
