About the Role

As a Digital Attribution Specialist, you will support product attribution to ensure that products are merchandised accurately and consistently on Kohls.com to generate sales and ensure optimal shopability and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Be an expert in the attribution strategy of assigned business categories
• Approve, reject, and assign product attributes for new and existing merchandise
• Validate taxonomy and vendor assigned attribution for accuracy and correct as needed
• Audit Kohls.com to identify and update inaccurate product attributes on live merchandise
• Assist with post-publish attribution initiatives
• Run daily workflow reporting and prioritize workload accordingly
• Identify any workload concerns and provide updates to leadership
• Communicate with category teams on attribution needs to support assigned business areas
• Identify system defects and communicate with technology partners for resolution
• Assist with systems and process training for new associates
• Partner with team leaders on projects to optimize SEO
• Assist with large data restructuring projects
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for attribution
• Coordinate monthly Site Map and Size Map updates
• Additional tasks may be assigned

Required

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team and interact effectively with others
• Adaptive to an evolving high-volume environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency, high proficiency in Excel

Preferred

• Retail or Ecommerce background working directly with products and/or customers
• Ability to learn new technologies and train others
