Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety during interventions. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline progress. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on radiology techniques and tools. Assist physicians with imaging guidance, introductions, and equipment setup. Document procedure notes, outcomes, and follow-up requirements clearly. Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to meet territory targets. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices. Adhere to contract terms and compensation tied to performance while maintaining ethics. Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, scheduling, and operations teams. Coordinate on‑site resources and ensure equipment availability for procedures. Experience/Qualifications Certified radiology technologist with interventional radiology experience. Proficient in sterile technique and patient safety during procedures. Ability to assist imaging guidance and equipment setup during interventions. Willingness to learn and stay updated on radiology techniques and tools. Strong documentation skills for procedure notes, outcomes, and follow‑ups. KPI monitoring and pipeline tracking for territory targets. Ability to collaborate with clinicians, scheduling, and operations teams. On‑site resource coordination, including equipment availability for procedures.
