$1,500 for Full time and $500 for Part Time Speech Therapy Plus LLC is excited to expand our services to Ramsey providing speech and language therapy to children and families in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Responsibilities: Provide evaluations, treatment, and individualized therapy plans for children with speech, language, fluency, articulation, and social communication disorders. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support each child’s communication development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and insurance guidelines. Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to carry over therapy strategies at home. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid SLP license in the state of NJ. CCC-SLP certification Experience working with pediatric populations required . Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills.
