The National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculty is seeking a Hospice Nurse Practitioner to provide consultation in palliative care and symptom management for Hospice patients. You will conduct in-person visits and collaborate with the healthcare team to manage patient care effectively. A valid Texas license and current Nurse Practitioner certification is required, along with 5+ years of nursing experience.
