Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start.
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; candidates with experience in outpatient orthopedic caseloads strongly preferred.
Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions, including development of individualized treatment plans and functional goal writing.
Demonstrated competency in documentation, including progress notes, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in electronic medical records.
Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and participate in student education as assigned.
Must comply with clinic standards for appearance, attendance, and safety practices, including safe patient handling techniques.
Preferred: experience with outpatient scheduling workflows, therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
Duration: 13 week assignment.
Client requirement: No new graduates. Must be able to start ASAP.
Clinical expectations: 60 minute initial evaluations plus treatment sessions; deliver discipline-specific therapy services and meet documentation standards.
