Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provideon-site leadership and supervisionfor all assigned security personnel.

• Serve as theprimary liaisonbetween M1 Global and client facility management.

• Train and supervise staff on:

• • Emergency response procedures

• Evacuation protocols

• Hazmat guidelines

• Fire safety measures

• Injury and incident reporting processes

• Ensure full compliance withM1 Global’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.

• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.

• Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.

• Support the performance ofemergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.

• Manage allsecurity-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.

• Fosterproductive, collaborative relationshipswith client stakeholders and internal teams.

• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.

• Background insecurity or safety operationswithin logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.

• Prior experience in thesecurity industry, military, or law enforcementis required.

• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.

• Must successfully complete allpre-employment screeningsand meet local licensing requirements.
