Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• At least two years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Scrubbing and circulating experience preferred
• Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, safe nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Assist with all phases of surgical procedures—pre-op, intra-op, and post-op
• Maintain sterile field, manage surgical instruments, and monitor patient safety
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs
• Document patient information and care provided accurately
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving in high-pressure environments

$2,580 - $2,729/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
