To provide substantive and technical editorial support for Multilingual Learner Early Math tools, the part-time Contract Writing Editor will work remotely for approximately 25 hours, focusing on improving clarity, organization, and accessibility while preserving the technical integrity of the materials. Key responsibilities Review and edit prioritized materials for organization, clarity, and consistency Substantively edit content to enhance readability and precision while maintaining technical fidelity Document editorial decisions and identify issues requiring subject-matter expert input Required qualifications 5+ years of professional editing experience with complex educational or technical content Demonstrated experience in both substantive and developmental editing Exceptional command of English grammar and editorial conventions Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, reader-centered language Experience applying style guides and maintaining consistent editorial standards Virtual Vocations Inc
