For 115 years, God has been using the Mission to reach hearts and change lives. It starts with emergency shelter for men, women and children experiencing homelessness - but that is just the beginning. While with us, residents participate in holistic, gospel-centered services that include chapel, case management, group counseling, workforce development and job training.

In short, our staff are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God's love.

Right now, we are looking to add a Pathways Instructor to our team. This position reports to the Family Ministry Supervisor and is responsible for running the programming for our youth (K-12th grade).

In this role, you'll lead engaging Gospel-focused afterschool and summer programming, coordinate exciting clubs, events, and field trips, and help create a safe, structured environment where students can thrive spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll build meaningful relationships with students, families, schools, volunteers, and community partners while supporting educational success, behavioral growth, and personal development.

If you are passionate about mentoring youth, building community, creating life-changing experiences for students and families, and have at least 2 years of Evangelical Youth Ministry and classroom management experience ( required ), this might be the job for you!
