Campus Ministry Coordinator (part-time)

The Ministry Coordinator assists the Campus Pastor and the Campus Ministry Leader to integrate Abundant Life ministries at the Crossroads campus by overseeing operations and guiding leaders to accomplish ministry functions.

Personal Responsibilities

• Be committed to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18; 1 Peter 2:2) by assembling for instruction in God's Word and engaging in the personal study of God's Word.
• Responsibly use the resources at your disposal to foster the mission and vision of Abundant Life (1 Peter 5:1-4).
• Participate in an Abundant Life group (Acts 2:41-42) as well as the discipleship ministry (Matthew 28:18-20).
• Live in a way that glorifies God and aligns with the staff core values (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9).
• Be committed to giving to the needs of the saints (2 Corinthians 8:1-7 & 9:12).
• Become a member of Abundant Life Church.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Actively participate in churchwide and central meetings, staff training, and team building.
• Manage receipts & reimbursements for campus staff and volunteers.
• Manage campus communication.
• Collaborate with the Ministry Leader to lead Sunday class admin / collab with central service team.
• Oversee all AL Kids admin, supply storage, purchasing, and budgeting.
• Oversee 1840 building storage & supplies.
• Collaborate with campus team on Central Service meetings, expectations, and integration.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to think structurally, multi-task, and operate with a high level of organization to execute ministry functions
• Problem solving, conflict management, decision making, and time management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional and relational work environment
• Familiarity with computer applications and equipment (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and printers)
• Flexibility to work both remotely as well as attend some meetings in person, and participate in ministry at the campus on Sundays and as needed for ministry events

Education/Experience

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 2 years' experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Hours

• Sunday - Thursday
• 28 hours
