Senior Manager, Material Program Management

Date Posted: 2026-06-11 Location: 2501 W University Dr, Wing A, McKinney, TX Role Type: Onsite | U.S. citizen required for security clearance Security Clearance: Secret (DoD) Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and execute all program material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives. Lead a team of Material Program Managers at RVS. Support supply chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates that support price-to-win (PTW) targets. Develop and execute material program plans (MPP). Establish material sales forecasts for assigned programs. Provide support for all program gates. Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives. Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs. Partner cross-functional with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a common schedule based on material requirements planning (MRP). Monitor performance metrics and proactively address program and functional issues. Travel up to 20% of the time. Track and manage budgets. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in related field and minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment. Proposals/Estimating and/or Basis of Estimates (BOEs) experience. Experience working with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with government regulations (FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.). Experience managing program cost and schedule. Experience with Tableau, Kinaxis, Business Warehouse, or PowerBI. Benefits Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD.
