Your role will involve assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and dignified environment for our clients./ph3Location/h3pMissouri City, TX, Rosenberg, TX, Richmond, TX, Pearland, TX, and other South Houston communities and surrounding areas./ph3Job Type/h3pFull-Time/Part-Time/Per Diem/ph3Hours/h3pDays/Nights as needed/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting./liliAssist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices./liliPrepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed./liliPerform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment./liliProvide medication reminders as prescribed./liliTransport and/or accompany clients on errands and/or appointments./liliEngage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship./liliCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals./liliDocument and report any changes in clients condition or needs./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is strongly preferred./liliMinimum 1 year experience in a caregiving facility or home care role./liliAbility to provide personal care with dignity and respect./liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
