Billing Specialist

We are looking to hire Billing Coordinators for a 3 month contract, with opportunity to extend and convert to full time. This person will spend about 90% of their day working in existing Excel spreadsheets to create invoices. They’ll review project contracts and folders, pull the necessary pricing and project information, enter it into established Excel templates, and use existing macros to calculate invoice totals. From there, they’ll send draft invoices to Project Managers, track outstanding responses and revisions, follow up as needed, and ultimately send finalized invoices to clients. They’ll also assist with project setup by following a checklist, validating that all required information is complete, and communicating with project teams when information is missing. The team has a goal of approximately 25 invoices per person per week, so this requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with repetitive Excel work, and strong at following up and keeping track of multiple items at once.
