Position Overview

As a General Manager: you will to oversee all aspects of our tree care operations. The ideal candidate will be a certified arborist with a proven track record of leadership, team management, business development, and operational excellence in the tree care industry

As a Sales Project Manager at Tree Masters, you will be the face of our company for potential and existing clients. This dual-role position combines sales, customer service, and project coordination. You'll be responsible for generating leads, conducting site evaluations, preparing estimates, closing sales, and managing jobs through completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach.


• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess tree care needs and project scope.


• Provide detailed, accurate estimates and clearly explain service options and timelines.


• Close sales with integrity while educating customers on tree care and safety.


• Schedule and coordinate projects with crews, ensuring clear communication of job scope.


• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and generate reviews/referrals.


• Maintain records of estimates, sales, and customer interactions 


• Collaborate with office staff and field crews to ensure smooth operations and scheduling.


• Represent Tree Masters professionally in all interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in tree services or a related industry is preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Sales experience or natural ability to build trust and close deals.


• Knowledge of tree care, safety standards, and equipment is a plus.


• Highly organized with attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• 
  Certifications: ISA Certified Arborist required.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
