Location: Bend, OR 97702 (In-Person)
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Position Summary
The Agent Services Coordinator plays a key role on the Team by providing outstanding customer service, technology support, and training to broker-customers. This position combines front office reception responsibilities with hands-on technology support, onboarding, and training.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with broker-customers.
Train broker-customers on Company technology platforms and systems.
Provide timely in-person and remote technical support.
Onboard new broker-customers into Company technology systems.
Conduct group training sessions and technology workshops.
Perform reception duties and maintain a welcoming, professional office environment.
Communicate with the Leadership Team regarding agent needs and opportunities.
Support future Transaction Coordinator responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Professional appearance and positive, customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Experience troubleshooting technology and assisting users.
Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
