We're hiring for a remote, work-from-home Customer Care Advocate role with a Fortune 500 company - the kind of brand you've probably seen on TV (yes, that talking duck is one of ours). What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple screens/programs at once
• Polished verbal communication - clear, warm, and professional
• Reliable high-speed home internet and a quiet place to work
• 6+ months in any customer-facing role - retail, hospitality, food service, guest services, call center, etc. all count
• Most importantly: a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn

Schedule Hours of operation run 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern, with shifts across that full window. All time zones are accepted, but support the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST hours

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Being the first friendly voice customers hear when they call with questions about their coverage or a claim
• Helping people through a process that can feel confusing or stressful - patience and empathy go a long way
• Working across multiple computer systems at once (if you've run a POS system, hotel booking software, or juggled a busy front desk, you already have the instincts for this)
• Documenting conversations clearly and following through on what you tell a customer you'll do
