eMotor Hardware Development Engineer job at Ford Motor Company. Dearborn, MI. In this position We are looking for an experienced hardware development engineer to design eDrive motor components, stator, and rotor assemblies to package in transmission and motor housing. As a team player, you will partner with suppliers, design and release engineers, and transmission to design and validate eMotor hardware components and assemblies. What you’ll do Develop eDrive motor components and assembly design, models (3D) and drawings (2D) that are capable of being produced Interface with Basic Design, D&R engineers, and suppliers to ensure design is compatible with all requirements Develop GD&T and perform axial and radial tolerance stack‑up analysis.
