As a specialized critical care nurse, you will be providing care to patients with a variety of diagnoses in our critical access setting. This includes post-surgical and medical patients. Applicants must be willing to provide care as part of a team on a mixed-acuity inpatient wing. Responsibilities include evaluating and monitoring patient progress. You will identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition. Effective communication with physicians, patients, and family members is essential. You will respond to medical emergencies. Additionally, you will care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU. The Medical/Surgical RN provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses. You will be part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The RN provides accessible and quality care to patients as part of this role.
